German Scientist Works To Rid The World of Stupid People (Not Very P.C., Is It?)
A German scientist has been testing an "anti-stupidity" pill with encouraging results on mice and fruit flies, Bild newspaper reported on Saturday.Great. Now we're all going to have to take this stupid pill just so we won't be out-smarted by a bunch of overly intelligent mice and fruit flies.
