Wittenberg Gate: A Voice to Speak for Others

"A sign hanging over Kate Adamson's hospital bed read,'THIS IS A HUMAN BEING LYING HERE, PLEASE TREAT HER AS A PERSON. SHE UNDERSTANDS EVERYTHING YOU SAY.' The sign spoke volumes about frustration, a tenacious will for survival, of love, and of hope."At a time when the debate over the value of human life and the right to die has grown to a feverous pitch and when someone like Terry Schiavo lay unable to speak for herself while countless voices emerge to speak on her behalf, this is an important story to hear. I hope you'll read it. Thanks to Wittenberg Gate for posting it.
