Pope may need a feeding tube...

Pope John Paul II may have to return to the hospital to have a feeding tube inserted, an Italian news agency reported Tuesday.
How ironic is that?

This is not irony. This is coincidence.
It would be ironic if Michael Schiavo were rushed to the hospital to have a feeding tube inserted.

Sorry. Mis-use of the word irony is a pet peeve of mine. Can't explain it. Back when I used to watch TV news, I often would see it get mis-used in precisely this way.

off topic: Why did you decide to center text?

Noted. I used the word in its popular usage, as most people understand the context being coincidental but with a closer association to a given event than the word "coincidence" carries. Nevertheless, for your sake, I'll try and play by the book.

I didn't choose to center it. You must be using Explorer. For some reason, the html code is being read as centered in Explorer. In Mozilla Firefox, it is correctly aligned left. It's a bug I need to work on. If you have any insights regarding the fix, feel free to pass them on.

You're asking the wrong guy for html fixes. The only thing I know about html is what the letters stand for. I am clueless in this area, and asuredly many others.
